Add an endpoint

Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Webhooks, and add the URL that should receive briefs. Porto sends a POST request with a JSON body when a conversation finishes.

What's in the payload

The intake name, the visitor's answers, the brief, the fit score, contact details and a link to the conversation. A sample payload is shown next to each endpoint.

Verify requests

Every request includes a signature header made with your signing secret. Check it before you trust the data. Failed deliveries are retried for up to 24 hours.

Webhooks are included on the Custom plan.
