This policy covers people who visit porto.work, book a demo, or work at a company that uses Porto. For conversations on a client’s website, see the Visitor Notice.
What we collect
Contact details and answers you give us in our own chat or demo booking, account details for client users, billing details handled by Paddle, our reseller of record, and basic website analytics if you accept them.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare for demos, provide and support the service, send invoices, and understand which pages people find useful.
Legal bases
Where laws like the GDPR apply, we rely on your consent, on performing our contract with you, or on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Who we share it with
Only the subprocessors listed in this legal center, who process data on our behalf. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Sales conversations for 24 months after the last contact. Account and billing records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your information, or object to how we use it. This includes the rights under El Salvador’s personal data protection law, the GDPR and US state privacy laws. Email privacy@porto.work and we will reply within 30 days.
International transfers
Our providers process data in the United States. Where the law requires it, we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
