Export

Go to Settings, then Data, and choose Export. You'll get a CSV of every conversation and brief, plus a JSON file with the full transcripts.

Delete one visitor's data

If a visitor asks you to delete what they shared, search for their email in Conversations and choose Delete. It's removed from Porto within 30 days, including backups.

Retention

Conversations are kept for twelve months by default. You can change this to anywhere between three and twenty four months.
