How the score works

The fit score runs from 0 to 100. It's based on rules you approve, such as project size, timeline and location, never on protected characteristics. It's a suggestion; your team decides.

Adjust the rules

Open Your intake, then Fit score, to see each rule and its weight. Ask for a change if strong leads are scoring low, and we'll rebalance it.

Route leads

Send leads to different people or channels by service, region or score. Routing by rep is available on the Custom plan.
